When a client asks us for a merchandise proposal, they aren’t just looking for a logo stamped on a random item. They want a cohesive visual identity that solves a real problem—whether that’s welcoming remote staff, equipping a sports team, or launching a brand event in 2026.
[!NOTE]A Quick Note on the Visuals: To protect our clients’ upcoming campaigns and proprietary brand assets, the images below are the 3D digital mock-ups and pre-production proofs generated by our design studio. These serve as the exact manufacturing blueprints approved before mass production.
Here is a look behind the scenes at 8 recent design concepts, broken down by their branding strategies and material choices.
Case 1: The "Earthy Textures" Kit for THIESS
The Design Strategy: The challenge here was maintaining color consistency across highly distinct surfaces—natural cork, genuine leather, fabric, and powder-coated steel.
The Detail: Instead of a standard plastic pen and paper journal, we paired a bi-material cork and dark brown notebook with a matching cork-barrel pen. To tie the lifestyle aspect together, we added a stitched leather can cooler and a breathable mesh-back cap in royal blue.
Case 2: The "Bridge to Digital" Pack for FAAINEX
The Design Strategy: High-contrast minimalism using clean white surfaces and sharp teal accents.
The Detail: Notice the QR codes placed beneath the logos on the canvas tote bag, notebook, and ceramic mug. This is a massive trend for 2026 exhibitions. It turns a standard giveaway item into a direct funnel to the client’s digital landing page or app download.
Case 3: The "High-Visibility" Team Wear for BeeFreedom
The Design Strategy: A striking purple and yellow contrast designed to stand out in a crowd or at an outdoor festival.
The Detail: For the apparel, we didn’t just print on a blank shirt. We customized the polo collars and sleeve cuffs with contrasting yellow bands. Combined with a matching purple capsule neck pillow and a matte-finish vacuum bottle, the entire set screams “team unity.”
Case 4: The Classic Corporate Royal Blue for IPG
The Design Strategy: The corporate world loves royal blue, but it can easily look generic if not detailed properly.
The Detail: To elevate this kit, we avoided shiny plastic. The water bottle features a matte-coated blue finish contrasted against a natural bamboo/wood accent lid. This small touch of wood immediately makes a budget-friendly bottle look like retail merchandise.
Case 5: The "Frequent Flyer" Utility Pack for MOBILITY
The Design Strategy: Sleek, low-profile black items engineered for people who live out of a suitcase.
The Detail: This set is a masterclass in space-saving utility. It features a foldable ripstop backpack that packs down into a tiny pouch, a memory foam neck pillow with a compact compression bag, and a multi-headed retractable charging cable to eliminate desk clutter.
Case 6: The Modern Office "Trio Upgrade"
The Design Strategy: Matte black meets premium wood accents for a dark-mode executive aesthetic.
The Detail: Look closely at the desk mug inside the gift box; it features a genuine wood insulating band around the center. We also swapped the standard long umbrella for a mini capsule umbrella that comes with a hard-shell protective travel case—perfect for slipping into a laptop bag.
Case 7: The Desktop & Workspace Overhaul for C.A.K GROUPE
The Design Strategy: A massive, all-inclusive 11-piece workspace kit in clinical crisp white and deep navy.
The Detail: This kit goes far beyond stationery. It includes a custom-branded portable mini desk fan, a multi-slot power bank with LED battery indicators, an ergonomic duffel bag for gym-to-office transitions, and a fully branded desk organizer pre-loaded with matching pencils.
Case 8: The Sublimated Commemorative Pack for FAITH WALKERS (2026)
The Design Strategy: Handling an incredibly intricate, multi-colored institutional crest with gold gradients and fine line work.
The Detail: Screen printing would ruin a complex crest like this. We utilized full-surface sublimation printing for the shirts, allowing the rich burgundy, camo, and gold details to bleed seamlessly into the fabric without cracking. We then matched it with a heavy-duty hardshell red rolling suitcase for travel delegations.
